Self-exclusion

Sometimes the right move is to take a real break. Self-exclusion closes the door for a set period — and we keep it closed.

What self-exclusion does

When you self-exclude, your account is locked for the period you choose and you won't be able to deposit or play until it ends. We also aim to stop sending you promotional messages during that time.

Choosing a period

  • Cooling-off — a short pause, from 24 hours up to a few weeks.
  • Self-exclusion — a longer, enforced break (for example six months, one year or five years).
  • Permanent closure — if you'd prefer to close for good.

How to request it

Open your account's responsible-gaming settings and choose a self-exclusion period, or contact support on live chat and they'll arrange it. Once an exclusion is active it generally cannot be reversed before it ends, so pick a period you're comfortable with.

Extra protection

Consider pairing self-exclusion with device-level blocking tools such as Gamban or GAMSTOP-style schemes where available in your region, and speak to any other operators you use about excluding there too.
