1. Acceptance

By registering an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old, that online gambling is legal where you live, and that you accept these terms and all promotion-specific rules.

2. Eligibility & restricted regions

Players from certain jurisdictions are prohibited from real-money play. The current restricted list is maintained here — insert your operator's authoritative list — and it is your responsibility to comply with your local laws.

3. Accounts

One account per person, household, IP address and device. Providing false information, or holding multiple accounts, may result in closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & withdrawals

Withdrawals return to the method used to deposit. Accounts are limited to one withdrawal per day. Identity verification may be required before a first withdrawal — see the KYC Policy.

5. Bonuses

Each promotion carries its own wagering requirement, maximum bet, eligible games and maximum cashout, shown with the offer. Breaching a bonus rule may void the bonus and associated winnings. One non-deposit promotion is permitted between deposits unless stated otherwise.

6. Fair play

Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator. Any attempt to manipulate play, exploit a fault, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in account action. See Fair Gaming.

7. Responsible gaming

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes take effect a minimum of two weeks after they are announced; existing users may discontinue use before an update takes effect.
